I recently read The Bronze Horseman (again^^) and I really like to know what were your favourite quotes from The Bronze Horseman?

Omigosh, I met her yesterday. She is such a lovely, beautiful lady ... she really is. I hope you all get a chance to meet her!

There was a bit of a crowd forming at the Melbourne CBD Angus & Robertson store, but she arrived soon after 12:35pm... She was very obliging, answered questions, autographed several books at once and posed for photos.

I actually plucked up and asked her about Alexander's (of The Bronze Horseman) many lives. She said that he has 99 at the same time that I asked "9 lives?" And then she asked me: "you didn't want him to to die, did you?" Although I have to admit that sometimes I did, the general consensus was no way. No Alexander = no Bronze Horseman, clearly. ^___^;;;;

Anyone here going to see Paullina on her book tour?

Am seeing her tomorrow and have been wondering what I should ask her. I probably won't because I get so tongue-tied around famous people. ^_^; But in any case, if anyone desperately wants something answered, just tell me and I'll try to ask. Then again she is quite active on her own forum online so ... it can go either way. ^^

I know I said a while back I'd scan the article, but Paullina's site has a beautiful scan of the article here.

I read the other day on Paullina's website that she won't be able to make it to the Melbourne Writer's Festival in August 2007.
:( But she may be coming to Australia in November 2007 for the release of her book The Bartered Bride. Yay!

Hello you:) I'm a HUGE fan of The Bronze Horseman and Tatiana and Alexander, and i was wondering if there's a chance i can downlaod an ebook or something like that of The Summer Garden? It's not yet in my country, and probably will be next year, but i want to read it very badly, so i'm desperately looking for some online versions, something i could downlaod. Any ideas?:) I would be really really greateful!

If you're lucky enough to be in Australia or New Zealand, you may have noticed that Tatiana's Table is already on release from most bookstores. I got my copy today from Borders; so far as I can tell from what I've skimmed through there is a back story to every recipe. So it's going to be a great trip down memory lane for us, won't it? ^_^

And I said I'd scan that Paullina Simons article from Good Reading, but I've misplaced my copy (!!!) so I'm waiting for a library reserve instead. =/
